Compiling Hazelcast 4.2.1

 Ensure the Java 1.8 SDK is installed
 Ensure Maven is installed
 Execute the command mvn -Dmaven.test.skip=true clean install
 The hazelcast jar file (hazelcast-all-4.2.1.jar) used in the DataGrid container will be in the
 hazelcast-alltargets directory.
